Because of the handcrafted nature of all our print and presentation products, we only offer remakes in the case that a problem has occurred with the creation of the artwork. Think a sizing misprint or a breakage during shipping.  This will almost certainly not happen because we are the very best at what we do. If it does, please email  hello@besotted.com  to have your artwork corrected. Each piece will include slight variations because they are made by hand. We do not offer direct refunds.

Our lab prioritizes orders on a first come/first serve basis. Once an order has gone to production, it cannot be cancelled because it is a completely custom request.  If you do need to cancel an order, please email  hello@besotted.com  to find out if your order is still eligible for cancellation.

Image size is dependent on the size of the artwork you are ordering. However, it is best to err on the size of a larger file. The optimum file size is the exact size of your artwork at 300 dpi (dots per inch). A standard image should be no less than 5 mb. This will print in perfect detail up to 11×14. 

No, our soldered artwork is not meant to be hung on a wall. Our hand soldered artwork is created to be double sided.  They pair perfectly with our soldered pyramid easels that allow for multi-purpose viewing. They do not include hardware for hanging. 

At this time we do not offer framing for our fine art prints. However, we do offer a line of beautiful Italian frames for our floater framed canvas.

We do not offer glossy prints. We specialize in fine art, matte finish, hand-edged and straight edged prints.

Each of our products have a different turn-around time and they are all custom made to order. Prints ship in 5–7 business days.  Floater framed canvases ship in 3–5 weeks.  Soldered frames ship in 2–4 weeks.

We offer free 3-day shipping through Fed Ex on all of our products. We are happy to quote overnight or 2-day shipping, just ask!
